Artist Check-In

Approved artists must review these guidelines & FAQ's prior to attending the event on Thursday, September 4th.

 

Event Cancellation Update

September 4, 2008 -

Art Beat 2008 is moving indoors to the Century Center.  The Art Beat Steering Committee made the call this morning due to today’s weather forecast.  The Century Center staff has graciously offered the use of their facility for today’s event. 

All participants will be placed within the Century Center and upon arrival will be given directions regarding booth and performance locations.  Artists should not bring tents, just tables and chairs.  Check-in time is still scheduled from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Century Center located at 120 S. St. Joseph Street.

 

Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help coordinate the event this year.

Volunteers are needed for activities such as:

• Registering Artists and Performers
• Helping Scene Managers place artists at their booths
• Staffing the information booths
• General support to artists with setup etc.
